This morning’s Lip Sync Battle did NOT disappoint! 🎤🔥
Our 8th grade stole the show and took home the win!
And we even had a very special guest appearance from… Dolly Parton herself 😉💁♀️

Our character trait of the month was Courage.
Students who demonstrated courage were recognized through our High Flyers’ Club. We are so proud of these students for stepping outside their comfort zones, doing what’s right, and showing bravery in their everyday actions:
Jacqueline Brown, Raylynn Ramsey, Savanah Gale, Hadleigh Wildhaber, Evony Scantlin, Huntley Drury, Harper Dixon, Jaxon Atkisson, Grayson Derrick, Zach Warren, Morgan Mosley, Toby Smith, Madyson Gale, Kendrick Thibodaux, Mackayla Edgerton, Molly Kell, Jackson Buchanan, William Gunter, Connor Gale, Delanie James, Kimber Mosley, and Sarah York.
From this outstanding group, we selected one elementary and one middle school student as our Students of the Month:
🌟 Elementary: Evony Scantlin
🌟 Middle School: Grayson Derrick
Congratulations to all of our High Flyers for your courage and leadership—you make us proud every day!

We will have about a 10 to 15-minute delay in dismissal and drop-off times today. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding.
We are so proud to celebrate Toby Smith for being awarded the April Leadership Award through Fort Leonard Wood’s Leadership Program!
This month’s leadership value was Personal Courage—the ability to demonstrate courage and honor when faced with physical or moral adversity, and to do the right thing even when it’s difficult or unpopular. Toby consistently exemplifies this value, going above and beyond in every situation.
His integrity, strength of character, and willingness to stand firm in what’s right truly set him apart. We couldn’t be more proud of the example he continues to set. Congratulations, Toby!

This week the Eagles Life Skills Club would like to thank Vance Lane for sharing his knowledge and skills with our students. They learned how to check the oil, where fuse boxes could be located and that may need to be replaced , and the importance of regular maintenance for automobiles.

Happy Assistant Principal Week to Mrs. Baker!
Thank you for your dedication, leadership, and the positive impact you make on our school every day. We appreciate all you do!
