January Character Trait of the Month: Perseverance
During the month of January, our students focused on perseverance—pushing through challenges, staying determined, and not giving up even when things get tough. 💪✨
Teachers recognized students who demonstrated perseverance in their daily actions, and from that group, one elementary and one middle school student were selected as our Students of the Month.

Zachiery Warren (left) received the Selfless Service Award for consistently putting others before himself without expecting recognition. Zachiery steps up to help classmates, supports his teachers, and always looks for ways to make life easier for those around him.
Kimber Mosley (right) received the Honor Award. She lives the Army Values each and every day by showing respect to everyone, completing her duties responsibly, and demonstrating loyalty to her classmates and teachers.
Molly Kell (not pictured) received the Respect Award. She treats herself and others with dignity, and her kindness, fairness, and positive attitude create an encouraging environment where classmates feel supported, morale is lifted, and everyone works better together.

Showing up makes a difference! These students earned Excellent Attendance for 2nd quarter by maintaining 90% or better attendance. We are incredibly proud of their commitment and perseverance!

The final two days before Christmas break brought extra smiles, laughter, andfun. We’re so grateful for our students and staff and wish all of our families a joyful, restful holiday. See you back on January 6th!

During the month of December, our school focused on the character trait of generosity. When students went above and beyond to show kindness, selflessness, and a giving heart, teachers recognized them with a High Flyers’ Club card. Holiday Chaos Day brought all the extras. 🎅🎄 If it sparkled, jingled, or lit up, it made the outfit. No rules. Just over-accessorized and festive that delivered exactly the kind of chaos we were hoping for.










Kindergarten students and their 5th grade buddy classroom worked together to build a train following a Polar Express read aloud, creating a fun learning moment.

🎄Christmas Spirit Week is Almost Here! 🎄
Get ready to show your holiday spirit next week — Monday, December 15th through Thursday, December 18th! Each day will have a fun dress-up theme (check out the picture for all the details!). 🎅❄️
Then we’ll kick off Winter Break starting Friday, December 19th — enjoy the holidays and some well-deserved rest!
We’ll see everyone back, refreshed and ready for a great new year, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026!

Tonight is Family Fun Night! It has been rescheduled for today, December 4th. The doors will open at 5:00, and we will be here until 6:30. We hope your families can enjoy some fun learning, crafts, and the last day of the book fair with us.
