Thursday, February 20th marked the 101st day of first grade!!! The class participated in building numbers higher than 101 with graham crackers for hundreds, marshmallows for tens and mini chocolate chips for ones. The students thoroughly enjoyed their edible math lesson. The Students also rotated in 4 different stations accomplishing tasks with 101 objects. Review hats focused on skills they have added throughout the year stating “ I can statements such as I can read hard words, I can write complete sentences, I can understand place value. It was a memorable milestone afternoon for the Raympndville first grade class !!!
